A Lagos High Court has issued an interim injunction concerning a parcel of land linked to Winhomes Estate Global Services Ltd, restraining certain parties from entering or interfering with the property located at Okun-Ajah in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.

A Lagos High Court has issued an interim injunction concerning a parcel of land linked to Winhomes Estate Global Services Ltd, restraining certain parties from entering or interfering with the property located at Okun-Ajah in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.

Reacting to the development, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Stella Ifeoma Okengwu, said the court order relates to the estate land measuring approximately 18.838 hectares situated at Okun-Ajah.

According to court documents obtained by journalists on Monday, the order restrains the named respondents and anyone acting on their behalf from entering or interfering with the disputed property while the matter remains before the court.

The injunction acknowledges that the land is currently the subject of a legal dispute and directs that the status quo be maintained pending the determination of the case.

Okengwu described the ruling as an important legal step toward protecting the estate and the interests of subscribers who invested in the project.

She commended subscribers who have remained patient and supportive during the legal proceedings, noting that their cooperation had helped the company navigate the ongoing dispute.

The CEO also urged all parties to respect the court process and allow the matter to be resolved through the legal system.

Okengwu further assured investors that the company remains committed to protecting the interests of all subscribers, including those directly affected by the dispute.

She added that once the legal process is concluded, the estate would be redesigned and properly structured to ensure that the interests of investors are safeguarded.

According to her, the effort to resolve the matter reflects the need to protect the investments of both diaspora and local subscribers who participated in the project.
