Eucharia Anunobi recounts tragic death of 15-year-old son

Veteran Nigerian actress Apostle Dr. Eucharia Anunobi, has opened up on tragic death of her 15-year-old son, claiming that medical negligence contributed to his passing.

While speaking in a recent interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Anunobi stated that a student doctor performed blood extraction on her on despite his critical state.

“Instead of the student doctor to do blood transfusion, the student doctor did blood extraction… I removed 3 pints of my son’s blood,” she revealed.

Anunobi expressed her sadness over the passing of her son who suffered from complications related to sickle cell disease and passed away in 2017. She also revealed that she was struggling with managing the financial and emotional responsibilities of the home while navigating her son’s medical crisis.
