Litigants hail CJ Alogba for reopening Igbosere Magistrates’ Court

Concerned litigants, court users and Police Investigating Officers, IPO’s have praised the hard-working Chief Judge of Lagos State, Mr Kazeem Alogba for reopening the Igbosere Magistrates’ Court, Lagos Island for public use.
This has put an end to the harrowing experience they had been going through daily to attend to their cases in other Courts at Ebute-Metta, Yaba and Surulere Magistrates’ Courts.
Some of those who spoke with P.M.NEWS at the Court stated that its reopening did not only relieve them, but it has also vindicated CJ Alogba as a listening and hardworking leader.
They described him as a CJ with unprecedented achievements in the Lagos State Judiciary.
According Mr John Adoghe, a Litigant, “I thank Chief Judge Kazeem Alogba for his unprecedented achievements in the Judiciary in Lagos and for listening to our complaints and reopening the Igbosere Magistrates’ Court for public use.
“This has stopped the Sufferings we were passing through in attending our cases at the Igbosere Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Surulere, Ebute-metta and Yaba Magistrates’ Courts from where they are assigned to Tinubu Magistrates’ Court.
Mr Babatunde Adisa another Litigant stated, “I thank CJ Kazeem Alogba for reopening the Igbosere Magistrates, Court for public use after five years following the vandalization and looting of the Court by the endSars protesters in 2020 and I’m now appealing to the CJ to expedite action on the ongoing reconstructions of the burnt and destroyed State High Court to ensure the structure is completed during his time,” Adisa stated.
