Everton delivered a commanding performance to dismantle Chelsea 3-0 in their Premier League clash on Saturday, underlining their superiority with a clinical and disciplined display at Goodison Park.

The hosts set the tone early and took the lead in the 33rd minute when Beto latched onto a well-timed pass from James Garner before delicately chipping the ball over the goalkeeper to open the scoring.

Chelsea attempted to respond and enjoyed spells of possession, but Everton remained compact and resolute, with goalkeeper Jordan Pickford producing key saves to deny the visitors any breakthrough.

Everton doubled their advantage shortly after the restart, with Beto once again at the heart of the action, firing a low drive into the net from medium range to put the hosts firmly in control.

As Chelsea pushed forward in search of a way back into the game, Everton struck the decisive blow in the 76th minute. Iliman Ndiaye combined brilliantly with Beto before finishing emphatically to seal the victory and complete a dominant outing for the home side.

Despite creating a number of chances, Chelsea were repeatedly frustrated by Everton’s organised defence and Pickford’s sharp reflexes, as the visitors failed to convert their opportunities.
