The billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, Leo Radvinsky, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer.

Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur, built a fortune estimated at $4.7 billion, largely through his firm Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans. At the peak of the platform’s growth, he reportedly earned up to $1.8 million daily from subscriptions and related ventures.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed the news on Monday, stating: “Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

Radvinsky lived with his family in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he passed away. He was not only a businessman but also a philanthropist and angel investor, contributing to various ventures over the years.

He acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, overseeing rapid growth that saw users spend a record $7.2 billion on the subscription-based platform in 2024. Between 2021 and 2025, Radvinsky reportedly paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends.

In 2025, he attempted to sell the platform but struggled to find a buyer, with reports suggesting the adult content nature of the business as a major factor.

Radvinsky’s death marks the end of an era for OnlyFans, a platform that revolutionized the subscription-based adult content industry while drawing global attention for its controversial business model.
