A woman has been sexually assaulted twice at the same station in South London, England while taking the lift.
On March 6, the woman had boarded the lift in Elephant and Castle Underground station.
At around 5.20pm, according to local media reports, the woman was sexually assaulted by a stranger in the lift at the station. The man then followed the woman onto a Northern line Tube towards Stockwell station, where he sexually assaulted her again.
The British Transport Police have launched a manhunt for the suspect, releasingĀ a picture of the man they believe could help with their investigation.
The man is pictured wearing all black. He has a black hat, a black jacket, black trousers, and white trainers.
According to the police, anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 568 of 6 March.
