Nigerian artist Omah Stanley Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has revealed how his personality has affected his relationships and friendships in the music industry.

The singer, while speaking in a recent episode of the Nando Leaks podcast, explained that he has what some may call a ‘weird’ personality. He also revealed that although his personality has made him have a small circle, he is comfortable with it.

“I have a very weird personality, I believe I am just that guy, so I don’t have a lot of friends. I don’t talk to a lot of people, just very few people and those people are people who try to come into my world and understand where I am going,” he said.

Omah Lay also claimed that the music industry is filled with egoistic people which makes it harder to make friends.

“The Nigerian music scene is full of egos. I am a chill guy but I have too much ego. It is hard to make friends like that,” he added.
