‘She couldn’t breathe’ – Moses Bliss on how his wife battled with undiagnosed illness

Nigerian gospel musician Moses Bliss has recounted the harrowing experience of his wife, Marie Bliss, as she battled an undiagnosed illness that left her struggling to breathe.

Speaking during his recent ministration at the Mountain Experience program in Abuja, Moses revealed that despite multiple medical tests in the UK, doctors could not determine the cause of Marie’s sudden illness. The condition, he said, brought severe body pain and difficulty in breathing.

“Me and my wife were in the UK, and all of a sudden we don’t know when the devil came. My wife became ill — one side of her body was in pain, her back also hurt, and before you know it, she could not breathe very well,” he said.

Moses explained that the situation became so serious that they had to rush her to the hospital, only to be told by doctors that the cause was unknown.

“They were doing all sorts of tests and they did not know what was going on. I started crying. I had to quickly rush back to Nigeria for a program. On the flight back to London, the spirit of God spoke to me,” he said.

According to Moses, he began praying with his wife and speaking words of faith into her heart, which led to her recovery. Marie was eventually discharged from the hospital, leaving the couple grateful for God’s intervention.

“While on my way home, she called me that she had been discharged,” Moses added, testifying to the power of prayer in overcoming the mysterious ailment.

The musician’s testimony has inspired many fans, highlighting his personal faith journey and the couple’s reliance on spirituality during moments of crisis.
