While speaking during a panel session at an event, Seyi disclosed that his first ever income was made was from NYSC and it was ₦3,600.
He explained that while other Corp members were spending their allowances on clothing items and their appearances, he was thinking of how to invest the income into something substantial. Seyi noted that his monthly allowance was what eventually served as the initial capital for his business which has experienced a major growth in the fashion world.
”I’ve been paid 500 naira, where a single Individual has offered me $300,000 to render service. The first ever money I made was from NYSC and it was ₦3,600. While others were spending their ‘allawee’, I was thinking of investing. Now I earn $300,000 just to sew a single cloth,” he stated.
