Afriland Properties Plc has released its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, reporting modest revenue growth alongside a significant expansion in its asset base.

The company recorded revenue of ₦4.07 billion, representing an 8 per cent increase from ₦3.75 billion in 2024. Gross profit rose to ₦3.51 billion from ₦3.13 billion in the previous year, indicating improved cost efficiency across operations.

However, Profit Before Tax declined to ₦2.60 billion, compared to ₦3.70 billion recorded in 2024.

Afriland’s total assets grew by 33 per cent to ₦65 billion, up from ₦48 billion in the prior year, while shareholders’ funds increased slightly to ₦36.09 billion from ₦34.93 billion.

The company also approved a total dividend payout of ₦329.7 million, translating to 24 kobo per ordinary share. This includes an interim dividend of 13 kobo per share already paid and a final dividend of 11 kobo per share.

Speaking on the results, Chairman Emmanuel Nnorom said the performance reflected resilience in a challenging operating environment, noting that the company remained focused on preserving value and strengthening its asset base.

Managing Director and CEO, Azubike Emodi, said the results highlight the company’s operational model, with activities spanning development, facilities management, and investment contributing to performance during the year.

The company indicated that it expects to pursue growth opportunities within Nigeria’s real estate sector, particularly in residential and commercial segments, while continuing efforts to optimise existing assets.
