Sylvester Madu reacts to unaware video of him selling thrift wares

Nollywood actor Sylvester Madu has spoken up about an unaware clip of him selling thrifted wares at a market. The actor who was seen attending to customers while displaying his wares, dismissed the mockery the video garnered, noting that he is proud of his hustle.

Madu also stressed that there is dignity in labour, revealing that he will continue with his trade despite the mockery and negative reactions.

“Una dey do video of me, dey post where I dey do my business, dey sell my market. Una still dey talk say I dey sell okrika. No wahala. I don come London again ooo, I wan buy my market. When I buy finish, I go ship am. I go still dey sell my market. Make una dey talk,” he stated in Pidgin English.

This is not the first time Madu will be mocked for engaging in petty trade despite being a well known actor. He however, advertises his hustle with pride, stressing the need for confidence despite against all odds.
