Beverly Osu calls for accountability in relationships, speaks against ‘blame game’

Nollywood actress Beverly Osu has addressed the need for accountability in relationships, calling out people who blame individuals who end up with the wrong partner.

While weighing in on the topic via her Instagram page, Osu claimed that people are quick to shame individuals for trusting their partners, noting that they fail to hold manipulators accountable for deception.

She stressed the need for a shift, adding that people should rather shame individuals who intentionally misrepresent themselves to secure a partner.

“We love blaming people for choosing the wrong partner, but we never blame the person who faked their entire personality just to get them. Stop shaming someone for trusting, and start holding the deceiver accountable for manipulating”, she wrote.
