American reality TV star and businesswoman Kylie Jenner is facing another legal battle after a former personal chef filed a lawsuit against her in Los Angeles.
The former employee is seeking unspecified damages in the case, which marks the third lawsuit Jenner has faced from a former worker in 2026.
According to court documents cited by the Los Angeles Times, the unnamed woman alleged that she worked long hours under physically demanding conditions while employed as Jenner’s private chef.
She claimed she began working for Jenner in November 2024 and regularly worked 11 to 12-hour shifts, five days a week.
The lawsuit also named some of her supervisors as co-defendants.
The woman alleged that she informed her supervisors in December 2024 that she was three months pregnant and had a high-risk pregnancy that required reasonable accommodation.
She claimed that despite this, she was still assigned physically demanding tasks.
According to the suit, she was allegedly instructed on New Year’s Eve 2024 to lift and transport heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance.
The former chef claimed the task left her dizzy, choking and gasping for air before security personnel came to her aid.
She also alleged that she was made to work at a birthday event for one of Jenner’s children in Palm Springs around February 1, 2025, without adequate support.
The lawsuit claimed she became emotionally overwhelmed during the event and later suffered extreme physical exhaustion.
By the following morning, the woman alleged that she began experiencing severe blood loss and went to a hospital, where she was told there was no detectable heartbeat and that she had lost her unborn child.
She further claimed that days after informing her bosses about the miscarriage, she was accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray after the event.
The former chef is suing over alleged failure to provide accommodation, pregnancy discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, delayed payment, inaccurate payment for hours worked and alleged misclassification as an independent contractor.
Representatives for Jenner and the former chef did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The case adds to Jenner’s growing legal troubles with former employees.
In April, her former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez sued Jenner for wrongful termination, alleging discrimination linked to religion and national origin by other staff members.
Later that month, another former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, also filed a lawsuit against Jenner, alleging mistreatment by staff members.
Jenner has not publicly commented on the latest lawsuit.
