‘He took advantage of me’, Tiwa Savage opens up on past relationship with public figure

Nigerian singer Tiwatope Omolara Savage, popularly known as Tiwa Savage has opened up about her past relationship with an unnamed public figure.

The singer, while speaking during a podcast interview, explained that the individual made her feel disrespected by how he handled their romance. She explained that the individual in question was also very popular but wanted to keep their relationship private.

Tiwa revealed that their disagreement stemmed from how he handled the situation in a bid to keep it private.

“He took Advantage of me. My beef with him was a disrespect. I’m a public figure and he is as well. We had an affair and he did this thing where he was like “I don’t want us to go public, I don’t want people to know”, you know, all that kind of stuff,” she stated.

The singer’s remarks quickly gained traction online, with fans making assumptions about the unnamed public figure.
