Zee Residence to open in Lekki, targets new standard in residential hospitality

Zee Residence, a new boutique luxury residential hospitality destination, will officially open on Sunday in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, with its promoters saying the facility is designed to redefine premium accommodation by combining the comfort of home with hotel-quality services.

The opening ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026, is expected to attract invited guests, business leaders, partners and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

The development features 19 fully furnished suites, comprising studio apartments, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and signature three-bedroom residences, designed to cater to business travellers, families, leisure guests and long-stay visitors.

According to the developers, Zee Residence aims to meet the growing demand for accommodation that offers privacy, comfort and personalised service in a secure environment.

Amenities at the facility include uninterrupted electricity, treated water, high-speed internet, a fitness centre, in-house dining, professional housekeeping, laundry services, smart hospitality features and round-the-clock security.

Speaking ahead of the launch, Chairman of Zee Residence, Dr. Babatunde (Tunde) Rufai, said the project was conceived to offer guests more than conventional hotel accommodation.
