Davido makes revelations about incoming album

Popular Nigerian Afrobeat artist, Davido, has recently made some revelations about his incoming album named ‘5ive‘.

The singer revealed that he co produced a couple of songs on the album in a recent interview.

Davido stated that it was not his first time producing a track as he produced his first ever single titled ‘Back when’.

“With this album, I did a lot of co-production. We got back in that bag,” he said.

The singer had also previously opened up about the meaning and significance of his soon to be released album.

Davido spoke about the album in a livestream appearance with popular alternative musician- Cruel Santino.

He explained that the name of the album was to show that it was his fifth album. He said that while the name doesn’t hold any deep meaning, it was an indication of his fifth album.

Ahead of the release of his album set for the 18th of April, Davido recently performed some songs from the album at a concert in France.

The singer is also set to give a live performance in London.
