Why we are taking a break from having kids – Davido

Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed that he and his wife, Chioma, are currently taking a break from having more children.

The award-winning singer made the revelation during a recent episode of Ride Along With Darryl, where he spoke candidly about family life and future plans.

“I don’t want more children now. Me and my wife are taking a break,” Davido said.

“She needs to get out to work. She wants to do a lot of things like opening her restaurant and launching her spices. I feel she deserves a couple of years off after having three kids,” he added.

The couple, who welcomed a set of twins last year following the tragic loss of their first son in 2022, have largely kept their personal life out of the spotlight.

However, Davido’s comments offer a rare glimpse into their evolving family dynamics.
