Cynthia Morgan fires back at Peter Okoye

Dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan has responded to being referenced in Psquare’s family squabble.

Cynthia Morgan took to her Instagram story on Thursday to state that she was not happy with her name being involved in the family drama.

Peter okoye had earlier posted on his X page that his siblings were trying to tarnish his image. He then stated that he would not be pushed around like May D or Cynthia Morgan.

“I am not May D or Cynthia Morgan,” he wrote.

This statement, however, did not sit well with Cynthia Morgan.

“I have a mixed feeling about my name popping up like this. I am not a weak person. Certain family members made it look so. You @peterpsquare included, until you found out what they were doing to you too. Na me listen to una sha,” she wrote.

The artist also stated that the matter be put to rest.

” Make una rest. Jude wickedness don reach everybody now. God no dey sleep,” she wrote

The singer also opened up.on how she had reached out to Peter Okoye in 2020, but he advised her not to fight with his brother because he was significantly richer.

“He categorically told me that I can’t fight his brother that his brother is richer than me. And that his stance online was not because he cared for me. This meeting broke me and I moved on. I had no choice but to always call them out online till they labeled me crazy,” she wrote.

The singer also clarified that she would not tolerate her name being used disparagingly.
