Reality TV star Adeoluwa Okusaga has weighed in on men’s mental health month with a message to men.

In an heartfelt video on Instagram on Thursday, Saga emphasised the need for awareness and support towards men’s mental health.

While reminding men that they are not superheroes, he advised them to seek help when needed.

“Men are not superheroes. We’re human beings who need care and support too,” he said.

Okusaga also advised men to focus on their well being and enjoy the little things in life that brings them joy.

He also spoke to the society, asking that people be kinder and more empathetic towards men, while stating that perfection is an illusion.

“Hey bro, you’re not Superman, you’re human. Don’t neglect your mental health. Speak to someone, do things that make you happy. To the world. Be kind to us men, listen to us, and provide a safe space for us to express ourselves. Yes, we are not perfect, perfection is an illusion anyway, no one is,” he wrote.
