VIDEO: Actor Baraka breaks silence on being beaten by Faithia Williams

Veteran Nollywood Yoruba actor, Oluwole Akeem Cole, popularly known as Alhaji Baraka, has debunked viral claims that he was physically assaulted by fellow actress, Faithia Williams (formerly Balogun).

The actor’s reaction comes after a controversial blog alleged that Faithia had maltreated him and even went as far as tying him down and beating him nearly to death.

Responding in a video, Baraka expressed shock and disbelief at the outrageous claims.

He questioned the logic behind the story and strongly condemned the bloggers responsible for spreading what he called a baseless and damaging rumour.

“Imagine saying someone like me was tied down and beaten at my age. How could Faithia possibly do that? You turn people against each other with these lies,” he said angrily.

Baraka went further to curse the bloggers, stating:

“If God will tie you down, you’ll collect what they call real beating. Unfortunate bloggers.”

He emphasized that such unfounded rumours are dangerous and contribute to unnecessary animosity in the entertainment industry.

The actor urged fans and media platforms to be more responsible and discerning when spreading stories about public figures.
