In a recent interview with Afrik Media, the singer revealed that convincing Priscilla, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, to embrace his faith was a challenging process that required patience, prayer, and guidance from religious leaders.

Tanzanian-Nigerian singer, Juma Jux, has opened up about the spiritual journey that led his wife, Priscilla Ojo, to convert to Islam.

In a recent interview with Afrik Media, the singer revealed that convincing Priscilla, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, to embrace his faith was a challenging process that required patience, prayer, and guidance from religious leaders.

“It was a little difficult convincing my wife to become a Muslim,” Juma shared. “I was receiving lessons from religious leaders who taught me the right way to approach it. With time, she understood.”

Juma also reflected on their much-talked-about wedding, saying he had dreamt about it long before it happened and feels blessed to have found someone who shares his values and dreams. “I knew everything when it came to my wedding. I had a dream about it. I was so lucky to find someone who wants the same thing as I do,” he said.

In a behind-the-scenes look at his music video God Design, Juma praised Priscilla, calling her “the best wife” and appreciating her unwavering support.

The couple, who recently tied the knot in a lavish traditional wedding ceremony, have been open about their love. Juma even promised to take care of his in-laws, Iyabo Ojo and her ex-husband, and vowed to invite them to Tanzania when he and Priscilla start a family.

On Priscilla’s 24th birthday in March, Juma celebrated her with a message, saying, “Since you came into my life, everything started making sense.”
