Burna Boy fires back at meme coin scam, alerts fans

Nigerian Grammy award winning singer Burna Boy has dismissed the news of a meme coin attached to him and his brand.

The singer disassociated himself from the coin promoted in his name. He clarified that he does not involve himself in crypto business.

Burna Boy also emphasised that he sees crypto business as a fraudulent business. He encouraged his fans to report accounts promoting such coin while advising them to be cautious.

“I don’t do any internet “coin” business. I see it as fraud and I have no interest in any of that. So if you see anyone using my name for such, pls disregard or report them,” he wrote.
