According to the organisers, Multichoice Nigeria Ltd, the launch events will take place over two days—Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27 marking the beginning of another thrilling season.

The announcement was made during a press briefing on Wednesday, where long-time host of the show, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, shared insights into what fans and viewers should expect from the upcoming season.

Ebuka highlighted the show’s impressive journey over the past nine seasons, revealing that Big Brother Naija has delivered a total of 709 days of nonstop entertainment and featured 197 housemates since its inception.

He also disclosed that the total cash prizes distributed over the years have amounted to a staggering N637 million, reflecting the show’s continued commitment to rewarding talent, resilience, and entertainment value.

For the landmark tenth season, the stakes are being raised even higher.

The Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at Multichoice, Busola Tejumola, announced that the winner of BBNaija Season 10 will walk away with a grand prize of N150 million.

This makes it the biggest prize in the history of the show, further emphasizing its scale, growth, and influence across the African entertainment landscape.

Tejumola assured fans and stakeholders that Season 10 would bring fresh twists, engaging content, and more interactive experiences for audiences at home.

She added that the upcoming season has been carefully planned to appeal to a diverse audience while continuing to offer valuable exposure and brand opportunities for sponsors and partners.
