“We are building a bank that understands and responds to the needs of real people,” he said. “Our strategy is anchored on sustainable practices, strong partnerships, and an inclusive model that prioritizes dignity as much as profitability.”

The bank was conceived in 2022. Two years later, it was licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN. It’s flagship product market money has empowered more than 50,000 entrepreneurs, while over 25,726 previously unbanked individuals were onboarded through the DigitvantPay mobile app, in addition to its various loan products.

“The event also emphasized the bank’s long-term ambition to become a pan-African leader in people-centered finance, underpinned by its six core values: Excellence, Innovation, Accessibility, Inclusiveness, Common Good, and Belief in Illimitable Potential.

“As Digitvant MFB continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact, the bank calls on the media, development partners, and the general public to join its movement to democratize finance and rewrite the future of providing inclusive financial services.”
