Jaywon speaks on feud between Davido, Wizkid

Nigerian singer Jaywon, has addressed the rumors of him taking sides in the ongoing feud between famous Nigerian artists Davido amd Wizkid.

The singer in a now viral video stated that being friends with Davido does not automatically make him Wizkid’s enemy.

He questioned the narrative, stating that he does not understand the logic behind it.

“So because I’m close to Davido, that has automatically made me an enemy of Wizkid? Please make it make sense. Make me understand this. I don’t get it,” Jaywon said.

The alleged feud between Davido and Wizkid have been going on for years with fans making comparisons on who the better artist is. In 2024, Wizkid fired an indirect shot at Davido, claiming that he could not match his relevance. Davido then responded, saying that Wizkid has passed his prime in his career.
