Viral Video: Secret details of Ibom Air passenger revealed!

Comfort Emmason never saw it coming. Armed with an impressive ‘war chest,’ she had, perhaps, looked forward to having not just a cozy, trouble free flight but also a warm embrace and reception by the time she might have arrived in Lagos. But that was not to be.

The buxom lady in her twenties, who ironically describes herself on Facebook as easy going and likes to make friends did not make any friend that day. Neither was she easy going, as she claims to be, nor comported herself. But rather she courted trouble.

She was on the phone inside the aircraft owned by Ibom Air, perhaps in anticipation of the grand reception that awaited her, which was against the rule.

And all entreaties to stop her from making the call fell on deaf years until a fellow passenger switched off the phone. That didn’t go down well with her. Scorned, piqued and furious, she decided to teach the official the lesson of her life.

Though Comfort finally landed in Lagos, after triggering some arguments inside the plane and creating a drama as well as a skirmish, she never got the comfort that her name implies.

And she ended up giving one of the cabin crew members some hot slaps, thereby triggering a scuffle, as she was being bundled out of the plane. In the process the officials tore her dress and exposed her succulent and alluring balloons that a netizen couldn’t help but describe as ‘everywhere ripe.’ Those assets have, however, spawned curiosities, informal conversations and gossips across the country.

She was later arrested and detained at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos . Ibom Air had also banned her from flying its airline for life. But many are saying that the punishment is not only too harsh but also tantamount to killing a fly with a sledge hammer.

Still, immediately the news broke and went viral, it triggered a social media frenzy and online debates. And she has been the butt of criticism, as many blame her for her unruly and violent acts. While others raise questions as to the indecent and crude manner she was treated.

Those in her support are outraged by what they regard as the quick propensities of Nigerian men to feast on women’s bodies and make merry whenever they (the women’s bodies) are exposed.

The video and photo have also generated repeated views and screenshots, as well as many saves. A netizen, enamoured of those assets, said on Facebook, ‘she (Comfort) can never be wrong, with those kinds of balloons she has.’

However, the incident, which is currently tending n the internet has sparked hashtags such as #ibomair, #olosho, #animalfarm and #Kwam 2, referencing a similar incident involving popular Fuji musician K1 De Ultimate.

This airport drama, which shares an uncanny similarity with what transpired between K1 and airport officials at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja has also made many raise questions about the unequal treated meted out to both K1 and Comfort. They believe K1 was treated with some form of dignity, while Comfort never had that luxury.

And that explains the reason for the hashtag, Animal farm, coined from the title of George Orwell’s satirical masterpiece. And Nigerians are saying indeed all animals are equal, but some are more equal than the others.

However, as the controversy and outrages raged on, and immediately Comfort realized that the incident had gone viral, she quickly locked her Facebook profile. But that was a little too late as Nigerians had dug into her profile and brought out some revealing photos about her past.

Those photos are not just revelatory but also vouchface glimpses into the contrast between her past and present lives. While some of the photos show her as an innocent dark-comolexioned young girl, in others she is seen as a more polished, fair-complexioned lady at home with revealing dresses.

That indeed speaks volumes about her transformation over the years. Her most recent photos reveal a lot about the kind of life she has been living. They show her as a lady who does not only love wearing skimpy and seductive clothes but also one derives pleasure in revealing her body parts. That explains the reason many see her as a lady living a licentious life.

A check on her Facebook page showed she hails from Uyo, in Akwa Ibom State. Further checks on her Linked-in account also showed that she is a student of Heritage Polytechnic, a privately owned institution in Eket, also in Akwa Ibom State.
