Nigerian sonic artist Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, popularly known as Brymo, has claimed that A-list artists are quick to jump on trending songs to stay relevant.

He urged the mainstream artists to exercise caution before collaborating with new acts.

Brymo on his Instagram story, claimed that A-list artists only pretend to help up-and-coming artists reach more audience.

“Dear Nigerian mainstream ‘A-listers,’ Burna [Boy], Davido and Co, stop jumping on every hit song in a remix, especially releases by newer acts. Let other artistes find their own way. The pretending to be helping them reach higher is a ridiculous watch. Stop seeking relevance in the efforts of ones who know little about the business. It’s vile!,” he wrote.
