Francia Márquez, Vice President of Colombia, arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Saturday for a three-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between her country and Nigeria.

The visit, which runs from August 30 to September 2, 2025, is expected to deepen diplomatic, economic, and strategic cooperation between the two countries. Discussions will focus on key areas of mutual interest, including governance, trade, agriculture, energy, education, security, and women’s empowerment.
