FCT’s first female Head of Service dies

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has lost its first female and indigenous Head of Service, Grace Adayilo, who died suddenly in the early hours of Monday.

Adayilo, who attended a church service on Sunday and reportedly made some donations during the programme, was said to have slumped and died on Monday.

She was indigenous  to Abuja.

As of now, no official statement has been released the family of the female leader or the FCTA.

Grace Adayilo’s death marks the loss of a pioneering figure in the FCT civil service, remembered for her groundbreaking leadership.
