I’ll reply Tambuwal soon – Nyesom Wike
Quick Read
Political analysts believe the clash between the two former allies could further strain relationships within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), where both men once wielded considerable influence.
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has vowed to respond to comments made by former Sokoto State Governor, Senator Aminu Tambuwal, regarding his political stance.
Wike said Tambuwal’s remarks, which touched on his relationship with President Bola Tinubu and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, would not go unanswered.
“I heard what he said. I will not keep quiet. Nigerians will soon know the truth,” Wike declared.
Tambuwal, now a senator, had accused Wike of betrayal in past political dealings, suggesting that his current loyalty to President Tinubu was questionable.
The FCT Minister, however, dismissed the accusations and hinted at revealing details of his political journey and what he described as the “real betrayal.”
