NPFL: Remo Stars stunned as Musa lifts Kano Pillars, Enyimba win away (Full Results)

Defending champions Remo Stars suffered their first big setback of the season on Sunday after a 2-0 loss to Plateau United in Jos.

Plateau United started strongly with support from their home fans. Tarabina Biweribo opened the scoring, and Mafeng Pam later doubled the lead to seal an important win.

In Kano, Ahmed Musa rolled back the years by scoring in the 57th minute to give Kano Pillars a 1-0 victory over Enugu Rangers in a tough northern derby.

Enyimba also impressed with a 2-0 away win at Bayelsa United. Chidiebere Ezeh broke the deadlock in the 76th minute, while Kalu Nweke added a second goal.
Rivers United beat Shooting Stars 1-0 thanks to Ubong Friday’s 72nd-minute strike, and Abia Warriors edged Katsina United 1-0 with a goal from Somiari Alaibo.

Nasarawa United also won at home, defeating Wikki Tourists 1-0 through an early goal from Tochukwu Michael Udeh.

Kun Khalifat delighted their supporters with a 3-1 win over El Kanemi Warriors, with Ebuka Nwokorie scoring twice.
The only draw of the round came in Warri, where Warri Wolves and Kwara United finished 0-0.
