Ayra Starr joins elite list of artists on Spotify

Nigerian singer Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, professionally known as Ayra Starr, has joined the list of top artists on the popular music streaming platform, Spotify.

Ayra, who surpassed 3 billion streams on the app is now recognised as one of the leading Afrobreats voices in Nigeria.

Her hit songs like ‘Bloody Samaritan’, ‘Rush’, and her most recent release ‘Hot body’ have all done impressive numbers across streaming platforms both locally and internationally.

The artist who released her debut track in 2021, has quickly grown to become a global name. She joins the elite list of big Nigerian names like Tems, Burna Boy, Rema, Davido and Wizkid.
