President Bola Tinubu has called on the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) to fully embrace digitalisation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and public trust in governance.

Speaking at the 2025 Global Ombudsman Summit and the 50th anniversary celebration of the PCC in Abuja, themed “Effective Ombudsman Institution: Catalyst for Good Governance”, the President,represented by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, emphasised that digital transformation would enable the Commission to handle complaints more effectively and proactively prevent bureaucratic abuse.
