President Tinubu praised Chief Adebutu’s business acumen and pioneering role in Nigeria’s modern lottery industry, noting that his entrepreneurial ventures have created employment opportunities, sustained families, and inspired younger generations.

“Through his admirable personality, business foresight, and benevolent spirit, Chief Adebutu has distinguished himself as one of Nigeria’s most outstanding entrepreneurs,” Tinubu said. “His contributions to business, philanthropy, and national development will endure across generations.”

The President also acknowledged Chief Adebutu’s contributions beyond business, citing his support for democracy, national unity, and peace. He noted that the celebrant’s service to the Yoruba people and his promotion of their culture have earned him numerous traditional honours, including the prestigious title of Odole Oodua.
