The Co-founder of Wardiere Oakmount Development, Mr Mustapha Amer, has said that the FCT Minister is on the right track in enforcing legal requirements for land and other development in the territory.
Amer said this at a news conference on the launch of the Al-Barari community by Wardiere Oakmount Real Estate in Abuja on Wednesday.
He emphasised the imperatives of complying with extant laws governing the use of land and purposes in the area.
“Every land has its purpose some persons do not know that some land is meant for residential buildings, while some are meant for business.
“Ironically some people will build shops on land meant for residence, vice versa,” he said.
The Real Estate mogul who commended the FCT Minister for enforcing compliance with extant laws, urged developers to adhere to the land use Act.
Amer said that his organisation will continue to abide by extant laws in their development of land in Abuja.
