How a Range Rover ruined me financially — Zicsaloma cries out

Popular Nigerian skitmaker and content creator, Zicsaloma, has revealed that purchasing a luxury Range Rover Sport remains his biggest financial regret.

The comedian made the disclosure during a recent interview, where he recounted how the high-end vehicle ended up costing him millions of naira in losses and stress within a short period.

According to Zicsaloma, he bought the Range Rover Sport for over ₦30 million, only for the car to begin developing serious mechanical problems shortly after the purchase. He said he spent an additional ₦10 million on repairs within just three to four months, yet the issues persisted.

Unable to cope with the recurring faults, the skitmaker said he eventually sold the car for ₦11 million, suffering a huge financial loss in the process.

“I think buying a Range Rover Sport was one of my worst financial mistakes,” he said. “I bought the car for over ₦30 million and sold it for ₦11 million in three or four months. I also spent about ₦10 million fixing it during that period. It was like I threw away ₦30 million and got back just about ₦1 million, plus a lot of stress.”
