Hollyood actor James Ransone dies at 46

American actor James Ransone has passed away at the age of 46. Popular for his role in a crime drama, The Wire, Ransone was reported to have died by suicide.

The report was confirmed by The Los Angeles Medical Examiner via their website. The news of the actor’s death was met with shock and disbelief from colleagues and fans.

Wendell Pierce expressed his regrets for not being there for Ransone. He regarded him as his brother, praying that his soul rests

“Sorry I couldn’t be there for you , brother. Rest in Peace James Ransone,” he wrote.

Jamie McPhee, Ransone’s wife also shared her grief, stressing her love for him ad their two children

”I told you I have loved you 1000 times before and I know I will love you again… Thank you for giving me the greatest gifts – you, Jack and Violet. We are forever,” she wrote.
