A Ghanaian cleric who recently stirred controversy after claiming that God planned to destroy the world with a massive flood has made an unexpected public appearance at a music concert, days after his prophecy dominated social media conversations.
The prophet, identified as Prophet Eboh Noah, was spotted at a live concert by award-winning rapper Sarkodie, leaving many attendees shocked and confused.
Prophet Eboh Noah had earlier warned that the world would be destroyed in a manner similar to the biblical flood in the days of Noah. His prophecy generated intense public debate after he claimed that divine instructions had been given to him to prepare arks to save people ahead of the looming disaster.
Following growing criticism and curiosity, the cleric later announced that the supposed destruction had been postponed. According to him, God changed His mind after he prayed fervently and pleaded for mercy on behalf of humanity. He added that the delay was granted to allow time for the construction of additional arks to accommodate more people.
His sudden appearance at Sarkodie’s concert, however, has further fueled reactions online, with many questioning the timing and optics of attending a major entertainment event shortly after issuing apocalyptic warnings.
Videos circulating on social media show the prophet among concertgoers, appearing relaxed as Sarkodie thrilled fans with energetic performances.
