The Toptip Knowledge Exchange Conversations Platform has reinforced the growing relevance of cross-border collaboration by connecting professionals from different parts of the world for career growth, capacity building and human development.

As globalisation continues to shrink borders and transform the world into a shared space, the platform has positioned itself as a hub for ideas, skills and partnerships that cut across geography and professions. Through regular knowledge-sharing webinars, Toptip promotes public speaking, professional networking and personal development, while encouraging participants to harness global opportunities.

Founded by legal practitioner and life coach Roland Akindele, the platform hosts bi-monthly virtual conversations that bring together diverse voices to exchange insights and shape what organisers describe as a “borderless world of possibilities.”

The December 2025 edition of the webinar series, titled “Turning Aspiration into Action – The Lawyer’s Guide to Attraction,” featured Puja Modha, a London-based partner at Aria Grace Law CIC. Modha, who is also a travel journalist and Zumba instructor, shared personal experiences on overcoming self-doubt by applying the principles of the law of attraction.

Speaking to participants, she explained that visualising desired outcomes, believing in their possibility, practising gratitude and trusting circumstances to align favourably could help professionals confront doubts and limitations.

Drawing from her career journey, Modha recounted how manifestation played a role in her training as a criminal lawyer and her eventual transition into commercial law in the United Kingdom.

She stressed that manifestation is not age-dependent and can be applied by anyone willing to adopt the right mindset. As part of her practical guidance,

Modha encouraged the use of vision boards-physical or digital collections of images representing personal and professional goals—placed in visible locations as constant reminders of aspirations.

The session also examined strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome, building confidence and leveraging professional networks.

Modha advised participants to engage actively with peers, learn from experienced professionals and commit to continuous study.

She noted that confidence must be developed intentionally, adding that embracing failure and maintaining a growth mindset are essential to long-term success.

In his closing remarks, host Akindele praised Modha for what he described as an insightful and impactful presentation, noting that participants had much to reflect on from the discussion on the law of attraction.

He also thanked attendees and the moderator, Amirah Adeyemo, for their active contributions, urging participants to continue the conversation and remain engaged with future Toptip Knowledge Exchange sessions.
