Tatiana Schlossberg, a celebrated New York Times journalist and acclaimed author who was the granddaughter of the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy, sadly passed away on Tuesday at age 35.
Tatiana was the daughter of Kennedy’s only surviving child, Caroline Kennedy.
The JFK Library Foundation has also confirmed the news on their social media pages, saying: “Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Tatiana had been diagnosed with leukaemia in May 2024. In one of her literature essays, she revealed that she had felt healthy despite her diagnosis, according to WHDH.
She wrote about her active lifestyle, noting that she regularly ran five to ten miles in Central Park and had once swum three miles across the Hudson River to raise funds for the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Society.
According to TMZ, Tatiana is survived by her brother Jack, who is currently running for Congress in New York, her sister Rose, her husband Dr George Moran, and their two children, Edwin and Josephine.
