Keyamo claims Atiku wants to ‘use’ Peter Obi

Festus Keyamo the Minister of Aviation, has claimed that the former Vice-President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar is showing support to Peter Obi only for his selfish reasons.

The minister on his X handle on Thursday, claimed that Atiku wants to ‘use’ Peter Obi to secure votes in the upcoming presidential elections.

”Atiku wants to camouflage with Peter Obi and surreptitiously secure his votes and become President on a flawed template that will damage our fragile unity as a nation. And Peter Obi is supporting this contraption for selfish reasons – throwing the entire country under the bus for a mess of pottage called a VP ticket. He will soon learn in a hard way,” he wrote.

Keyamo also expressed his sympathy to the supporters of Peter Obi, claiming that they are being led into a dead end.

“Commiserations to the naive Obi supporters who are being led into a dead end by wily, old war horses in politics. They will all come back to thank us later after the disaster to which they are all heading,” he added.
