Mamora Cup Final Get Date

Gbagada Grassroots Sports Association has announced a new date for the closing ceremony of Mamora football competition.

The final ceremony will hold on 8 January, 2012 at the Gbagada Roundabout playground.

Oke Ado United will play against Obi FC in the final that promises to be explosive, considering the performance of both teams in the group stages.

Match cordinator, Kemac Emina said they postponed the match to allow the players and coaches to enjoy their Christmas and New Year holidays.

He explained that the decision was taken in the interest of the two finalists and the cup donor, Senator Olorunibe Mamora, who want to grace the closing ceremony.

“We have informed the two finalists about the postponement of the final ceremony and they all agreed on the new date January,” he said.
