Jadato Design is a force to reckon with – Folashade Tokunbo

Kids Fashion Contest – Jadato Design is making waves in the African fashion scene, and the latest proof is their stunning work at the Avia Luxuries African Kids Fashion Show.

The event, which aimed to celebrate African kids with a passion for fashion, did not disappoint, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The 2021 edition, themed “Why my mum is the best mum in the world,” featured kids from across Africa showcasing their style and flair.

Abiodun Folashade Tokunbo, CEO of Anjy Luminee (House of Luminee Culture), praised Jadato Design’s work, declaring the winner’s outfit and the third runner-up’s outfit as her picks for Best Dressed and most fashionable kids’ styles.

“The winner’s outfit, with its blend of gold and black, is quite attractive and a beautiful blend,” Tokunbo gushed. “The third runner-up kid stood out because of the African print design that carries and surrounds the outfit — it’s very colourful.”

Tokunbo also commended Jadato Design’s intentional approach to designs and love for kids’ fashion.

“I was part of those who nominated Jadato Design for this year’s African Fashion Kids Contest because of her intentionality when it comes to designs. She has worked with me, and I know her hands do magic. She styled those kids beautifully, and it gave me joy,” she said.

The CEO also praised the parents who allowed their kids to participate, saying, “Fashion is not supposed to be limited by age. Kudos to the parents for supporting their little girls’ passion.”

Jadato Design’s triumph at the Avia Luxuries African Kids Fashion Show is proof of their creativity and expertise in African modernised fashion. With this win, they are solidifying their position as a force to be reckoned with in the industry.
