Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has raised alarm after posting a series of emotional messages online, claiming she is going through severe personal distress and accusing popular cleric Chris Okafor of causing her pain.
In a video shared on social media, the actress broke down in tears as she revealed that she is “not okay”, recounting a string of traumatic experiences she said have taken a heavy toll on her mental and emotional well-being.
Ogala spoke about alleged miscarriages, her arrest and detention following public accusations against Okafor, and painful experiences from her marriage, including claims that she once returned home to meet her husband’s mistress and child.
According to her, the experiences she has endured over the years are overwhelming and far from normal.
“This is not okay. None of what I’ve been through is okay,” she said in the video, fighting back tears.
Moments later, the actress shared a disturbing follow-up post that further heightened concern among fans and colleagues.
“I may not be alive for a long time,” she wrote.
“Chris Okafor has done so many bad things to me that I may not be able to speak.
I am tired of hanging on.
Everything is not okay.”
She also made a public appeal to a family member, asking her cousin, Emeka, to reach out to her if possible.
