‘I’ve seen the evidence’ Daddy Freeze speaks on Davido DNA saga

Popular media personality Daddy Freeze has weighed in on the ongoing paternity controversy involving Afrobeats star Davido and a teenager, Anu Adeleke, stating that the singer is not the girl’s biological father.

Daddy Freeze made the claim on Friday, January 16, 2026, revealing that he had personally seen one of the DNA test results conducted in the highly publicised case.

Anu, who will turn 13 later in 2026, had earlier called for a DNA test to establish her identity, citing years of bullying and emotional distress allegedly caused by classmates who mocked her claim of being Davido’s daughter.

In response, Davido denied paternity, insisting that several DNA tests had already been carried out, all of which reportedly showed that he is not Anu’s father.

According to Daddy Freeze, the singer subjected himself to multiple tests across different medical facilities to ensure transparency.

“He chose three hospitals, while Anu’s team chose two,” Freeze disclosed, adding that all the results returned the same outcome.
