‘Most Nigerian pastors are useless,’ Charly Boy slams Christian clerics

Nigerian veteran singer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has fired at Nigerian pastors, stating that they are working with corrupt politicians.

The singer while speaking on the KAA Truths podcast, accused Nigerian pastors of staying quiet despite the economic and security challenges confronting the nation.

Charly Boy explained that he believes most pastors are more interested in making profit than speaking the truth.

“All the pastors I know of in Nigeria, 99 per cent of them are useless. It is just a business that they are running,” he claimed. I may live in Nigeria but Nigeria does not live in me. I don’t believe like you. I don’t want to think like you people. I’m not in the same class with you people. I come from a different space and time,” he stated.
