The incident reportedly occurred in Section C of the Head of Service building within the government complex.
Staff members were seen hurriedly moving away from the affected area as emergency responders were alerted to the situation.
The media department of the Head of Service office later confirmed the development, explaining that the fire outbreak was confined to Section C and was being handled by emergency officials.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
An investigation is expected to begin once the situation is fully brought under control.
