FULL LIST: ‘Sinners’ makes Oscar history with 16 nominations
The vampire period horror film Sinners has made history after securing 16 nominations for the Academy Awards ahead of the 98th ceremony scheduled to hold in Hollywood on Sunday.
The film set a new record for the highest number of nominations, surpassing One Battle After Another, which received 13 nominations.
Other productions that received significant recognition include Frankenstein, Marty Supreme, and Sentimental Value, each earning nine nominations.
