Dr. Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu, a global corporate leader, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the Patrons and Board Dinner of Miss Nigeria 2026, scheduled to hold on March 22 at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.

Dr. Achimugu, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Felak Concept Group, is set to headline the prestigious gathering, which will also serve as the official opening event for the Miss Nigeria Beauty and Fashion Fair 2026.

According to the organisers, the dinner will convene a distinguished audience drawn from Nigeria’s fashion, media, and business ecosystems, alongside policymakers and leading creatives. The event is designed to foster collaboration and celebrate platforms that continue to shape the narrative of women’s advancement in the country.

With a legacy spanning more than six decades, the Miss Nigeria pageant remains one of the nation’s most respected cultural institutions. Beyond showcasing beauty, the platform has consistently promoted intellect, leadership, cultural identity, and the broader socio-economic contributions of Nigerian women.

The 2026 edition, themed “She is Made of More,” seeks to highlight the strength, versatility, and accomplishments of women across various professional and creative fields.

Organisers noted that Achimugu’s selection reflects her outstanding record in corporate leadership and her sustained commitment to empowering women and young professionals. Her professional journey spans multiple sectors, including engineering, maritime, oil and gas, information and communication technology, and strategic business development.

She is expected to deliver a keynote address centred on themes of self-discovery, mentorship, and the redefinition of beauty as a powerful fusion of purpose, intellect, and societal impact.

The Patrons’ Dinner will also feature the unveiling of new initiatives aimed at promoting innovation and enterprise within the creative industry. These include the Dailytimes Young Fashion Designer of the Year Award, the Green Girl Foundation, and the Miss Nigeria Travelogue.

Organisers concluded that Achimugu’s participation underscores the growing intersection between leadership, mentorship, and platforms dedicated to amplifying the voices and achievements of women in Nigeria and beyond.
