The governorship aspirant in Oyo State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Toyin Balogun, describing her as a committed public servant dedicated to the advancement of women and vulnerable groups in the state.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Tuesday, Ajadi praised the commissioner’s contributions to social development and her efforts toward promoting inclusiveness, particularly among women, children, and other disadvantaged members of society.

Ajadi noted that her service in government continues to reflect compassion, administrative competence, and a strong passion for humanitarian causes.
“I join family, friends, political associates and the good people of Oyo State to celebrate Hon. (Mrs.) Toyin Balogun on the occasion of her birthday,” Ajadi said.
He added: “I pray that Almighty God grants her long life, prosperity, and more wisdom to continue her service to humanity. May she continue to enjoy sound health, strength and divine guidance as she contributes her quota to the development of Oyo State, especially in the area of women empowerment and social inclusion.”
The PDP gubernatorial aspirant further described birthdays as important moments to reflect on service to humanity and to appreciate God’s grace, expressing hope that the commissioner would continue to make meaningful impacts in governance and community development.
“This special day is not only a celebration of another year but also a celebration of a life of service and dedication to the upliftment of others. Oyo State needs more leaders with empathy and genuine concern for the people, and I commend her efforts in this regard,” he stated.
Ajadi also used the opportunity to encourage public office holders to continue to prioritise policies and programmes that improve the welfare of citizens, noting that leadership must always be measured by its positive impact on the people.
He wished the commissioner many more years of impactful service, peace, and fulfilment in both her public responsibilities and personal life.
Hon. Balogun has been widely recognised for her advocacy for women’s rights, gender equality, and social protection programmes aimed at improving the living conditions of vulnerable residents across Oyo State.
